Here you will see how to use our platform , how to sell to us and  how the proof of delivery should look like .

     How to sell to bygex in 4 easy steps.

  •     Register / Login
  •     Add your stock . Don't add fake stock. Always add a smaller amount than your current one so you won't have to modify your stock everytime you complete an order given to you by another buyer. This will help you in keeping your O.C.R high. (order completion ratio)
  •     Set your notification correctly(Otherwise you won't receive any orders). We expect the orders that you receive based on your stock to be delivered under 30 minutes. If you fail to do so we will cancel the order. This will impact your O.C.R . If you will be AFK for more than 30 minutes, disable your notifications and reactivate them once you get back.
  •     Deliver the appointed orders and upload the proof of delivery.
  •     Adding fake stock or not delivering the appointed orders will result in the suspension of your account.

 

    How should the screenshots look like, in what format , what size?

    We recommend the use of the program Fraps, or another freeware program special made for screenshots/videos . The pictures should be in *.jpeg / *.jpg format and have a size of 2MB max.
    If you have more than 3 screenshots for an order you must mail the rest of the screenshots to us at support@bygex.com . Include your bygex registration email (if its different that the one from which you are emailing us from) and your order ID.
    You need to take 3 screenshots (we must see your inventory /gold /credits in every picture) as proof of delivery as follows:

Face2Face Trade:  

  •     1 screenshot right after the trade window opens. We must see how much currency you have before the trade.
  •     1 screenshot while pressing trade . We must see the amount of currency that you are delivering.
  •     and 1 final screenshot after the trade is completed. We must see how much currency you have left.
  •     For FFXIV ARR you only need 2 screenshots. 1 while both you and the customer have the verifiction tick on, and 1 after your trade is complete so we can see your remaining gil.


Mail:

  •     For mail delivery we require video proof besides screenshots. Just to make sure your not sending to someone else.
  •     In games with /who option or friends window you must add our customer and keep that window opened while mailing the currency
  •     1 screenshot right after the mail window opens. We must see how much currency you have before you mail the currency.
  •     1 screenshot while pressing send mail . We must see the amount of currency that you are delivering.
  •     and 1 final screenshot after the mail is delivered. We must see how much currency you have left.


 

    How should the video look like?

    Prepare everything requested in the mail section, start recording and press the mail button (with your bags opened) . After the mail is done, wait until your current amount of currency updates so we can see how much you have left, and press stop recording. A normal video shouldn't take more than 10 seconds. You should make it in low quality mode , a 6 seconds video like this shouldn't be more than 20 mb in size.
    We suggest that you use HyperCam or Fraps. Its free and easy to use. If you plan on using it select these settings : "Screen Area" Click it and select the game; "Sound" Untick it ; Prepare everything for the trade.Add the amount of currency that got ordered, open your bags, press F2 to start recording, wait until the trade is done, and press F2 again to stop recording. Mail the video to support@bygex.com .  Include your bygex registration email (if its different that the one from which you are emailing us from) and your order ID.
